Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of the TheFollowerShop.com service (hereinafter "Provider") and the user of the service (hereinafter "Customer"). By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

The Provider is a company established under the laws of the Czech Republic, providing its services within the European Union under the freedom to provide services.

TheFollowerShop.com provides social media marketing services, specifically increasing the number of followers, likes, and views on Instagram and TikTok. Services are intended exclusively for public profiles.

The Customer places an order by entering their username and selecting the desired package. Payment is processed securely through a payment gateway. The order becomes binding upon successful payment confirmation.

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes.

Service delivery typically begins within 5–30 minutes after payment confirmation. The total delivery time depends on the order size — smaller orders are completed within a few hours, larger orders within 24–72 hours.

Gradual delivery is intentional and ensures natural profile growth without risk of restrictions from the platform.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that their right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees that service delivery may begin immediately and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

All our services come with a 30-day guarantee. If there is a decline in the delivered followers, likes, or views during this period, they will be automatically refilled at no additional cost.

For the service to be delivered, the Customer's profile must remain public throughout the entire order processing period. We never require or ask for the Customer's account password. Only the username is needed.

The Provider is not liable for changes to the algorithms or policies of the social media platforms Instagram and TikTok that may affect the services provided. The Provider commits to delivering the service in the highest possible quality.

In the event of non-delivery of the service, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via email to info@thefollowershop.com. The Provider commits to resolving the complaint within 5 business days — either by re-delivering the service or by issuing a refund.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Customer may also contact the relevant consumer protection authority in their country of residence.
